Introducing the AI-Powered SFG20 Integration in Opuz
We are excited to announce that we are relaunching an upgraded version of our SFG20 integration. We have taken the existing workflow and enhanced it with intelligent automation to make compliance easier than ever before.
While our users have always valued the ability to align with SFG20 standards, this upgrade addresses the most time-consuming aspects of the setup process. Here is what is new in the relaunched system.
The most significant change in this relaunch is how assets are assigned to schedules. Previously, this step required manually reviewing your entire list of assets within a building to find the right match.
In the upgraded version, Opuz now utilises AI-powered recommendations to suggest the most relevant assets for your schedule automatically.
Confidence Scores: The system provides a confidence score for each suggestion to help guide your selections.
Transparent Reasoning: Under the score, you can view the exact reasoning provided by the AI model, giving you full visibility into why a specific asset was suggested.
This relaunch focuses on giving you flexibility over your operations. You can view high-level summaries of all tasks and criticality levels immediately. The upgrade generates custom job forms automatically based on SFG20 instructions. You can now configure these forms to make questions mandatory or ensure the workflow is "asset-driven," requiring engineers to select the relevant asset before completing the questionnaire.
The goal of this upgraded integration is to allow you to "set and forget". Once you create your task types and PPMs, Opuz takes over to automatically manage the PPMs and release tasks when they are due.
This relaunch makes using SFG20 standards within the Opuz system incredibly easy and convenient. We invite you to explore the upgraded features today.
