What's the thinking behind Opuz?

At Opuz, we're passionate about revolutionising every facet of the  facilities management sector through cutting-edge technology and unparalleled service.

Our goal is to empower clients to make data-driven decisions to create safer, more productive and sustainable environments and we won't stop until we become the go-to solution for any organisation looking to achieve this same goal.

Responding to the frustration of costly and ineffective attempts to find a software solution that would adequately support both facilities management and compliance requirements, we had no option but to build it ourselves.

Our Story

Opuz began development in 2012, after our parent company, a national provider of water hygiene services, struggled to find a suitable CaFM software solution that met both their facilities management and compliance needs.

Frustrated by this but determined to find a better solution, we developed Opuz to efficiently manage their workforce and reduce overall risk profile.

As demand grew, we opened a client portal to allow our customers in-house access and full transparency of compliance delivery.  And once customers started to use Opuz, its value was instantly recognised and we soon had requests to use either as a standalone version or to be integrated with their existing infrastructure.

Until now, this has been where Opuz remained, the best kept secret of a number of the U.K's most well known brands but that is all about to change.
